The Reach Project

Reach is a service for children and young people living in Coventry, aged 5-18, who are experiencing low level mental health concerns, for example low self-esteem and /or confidence, anger or anxiety.
Services include:
- Counselling – Face to face or online
- Therapeutic Group Work
- Online self-help tools and activities
For referrals
As you may be aware the Reach service in Coventry, which is currently a collaborative between Coventry and Warwickshire Mind and Relate went through a formal tender process to recommission the Tier 2 offer.
Unfortunately, our bid was unsuccessful to continue the Tier 2 contract. Reach Service will continue to support children and young people up until the new service delivered by Compass, commences from 1st December 2022. Please do continue to refer into the Navigation Hub in the usual way.
The current referral process for professionals is to use the CW Rise site: Referrals to Reach.
For self-referrals, please call Relate Coventry and Warwickshire on 024 7622 5863
We will be working hard and alongside the Commissioner to ensure a smooth transition over to Compass, so please bear with us during this time. It may be that new referrals accepted into Reach will be transferred and supported by Compass.
More information on the new service model will be shared in due course.
