The Wish Project

Have you experienced violence or abuse in your family?

The Wish Project is a free and confidential support service in Coventry for children and young people (0-18 years) affected by domestic violence and abuse who have an allocated social Worker

The Wish project provides interventions online or face to face where safe to do so :

  • Individual support plans
  • Domestic Abuse programme one-to-one work
  • Advice and support including advocacy work
  • Young people’s Domestic Abuse Advisor (IDVA)
  • Group work for children and young people
  • Online Domestic Abuse and Parenting webinar
  • You and Me, Mum group-work for parents
  • One to one counselling
  • Family counselling
  • Access to other support services

Have any of these things happened in your family?

  • Bad arguments or fights
  • Things in your house have been broken
  • Your mum/dad/carer have been: pushed, hit, sworn at, called nasty names or threatened
  • You or your brothers and sisters have felt scared or been hurt
